This will vary depending on whether guests are seated, dining, standing or both. Each event is unique and we offer, free of charge, site visits to discuss your individual needs, all without obligation. Remember that you may need extra space for a bar, dance floor or stage etc. You can find a helpful guide on this site. We have an extensive stock of marquees to meet virtually any size requested.
All our structures are clear span frames without guy ropes. Our equipment is constructed to the current British and European standards. We are members of Pertexa, the governing body for the marquee hire industry, and accredited under their MUTAmarq certification scheme. The MUTAmarq scheme has been accepted by the Home Office as complying with the current fire safety guidance.
Make sure your supplier displays the MUTAmarq symbol
Whatever you needs from a chair to a throne, even if we do not stock it ourselves, we will source it for you.
We will endeavour to fit with your timetable, usually giving access one clear day prior to the event
We can supply heating (indirect, externally located as required by safety guidelines) which is thermostatically controlled.
Most wall sections slide or roll up to allow for partial or complete opening.
This provides you indemnity against the cost of any repairs should our equipment be accidentally damaged during the hire period. indemnity does not extend to damage caused by deliberate abuse or neglect. Theft and loss are also excluded from the waiver.
